Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the QuizFrance website (quiz-france.app) and the purchase of its paid subscriptions. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. Publisher and host

Publisher and service provider: Uladzimir Yakavenka, sole trader registered in Poland, NIP: 7011268678, REGON: 542190848, address: ul. Wilcza 11, 00-538 Warsaw, Poland, email: [email protected]. Publication director: Uladzimir Yakavenka.

Host: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg.

2. The service

QuizFrance is a practice tool for the French naturalisation assimilation interview and the knowledge it requires: quizzes, flashcards, a glossary, articles and a voice interview with a virtual examiner powered by artificial intelligence.

QuizFrance is a private, independent service. It is not affiliated with, approved by or acting for the French administration, any prefecture or the Ministry of the Interior. Its content is provided for practice and does not guarantee the outcome of your application. The AI examiner's replies are generated automatically and may contain mistakes.

3. Account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. The service is intended for adults; a minor may use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

4. Free access and subscription

Part of the content is available for free. Full access (all questions, the AI voice interview, exam mode) requires a paid subscription.

  • The price, billing period and, where offered, the length of the free trial are shown on the Pricing page and on the checkout page before you confirm. The applicable price is the one displayed when you subscribe.
  • Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • When a free trial is offered, the first payment is taken when it ends, unless you cancel before then.
  • You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, during which access remains open. Periods already started are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below.
  • A subscription confirmation and invoices are sent to you by email.

If the price changes, you will be informed before the next billing date and may cancel before it applies.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason. Simply send a request to [email protected] with the email address of your account. The refund is made within 14 days of your request, using the payment method used to subscribe.

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy or bulk-extract the content, resell or share access to an account, disrupt the service, or post unlawful, abusive or promotional comments. In case of a breach, we may remove the content concerned and suspend or close the account.

7. Intellectual property

The questions, flashcards, texts, illustrations, recordings and software of the service are protected. They are made available to you for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the content accurate and the service available, but cannot guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, the failure of a technical provider or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to [email protected]; we reply within 14 days. If a cross-border dispute remains unresolved, you can contact the European Consumer Centre France free of charge (europe-consommateurs.eu).

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

11. Changes

We may change these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page. Significant changes are notified to you by email or in the service at least 15 days before they take effect; you may cancel your subscription if you do not accept them.
